i agree. the more i talk to myself the quieter i become too. haha. really! sometimes i juz cant stand myself.

school
ive got emily n faith memorising poems in some weird indian slang in my room now. its hilarious!
whan that ah-pril...since ive not updated for a looong while, im back by popular demand (actually by request of my sis coz i know shes dying to know wats going on here in ntu).
i miss my bro and sis alot!
ok, my typical day in school:
sleep, shower, walk to northspine/sit bus to southspine, lunch, do stuff in afternoon, dinner, do stuff at night n sleep at bout 1+am.
oh ya, i forgot to mention climbing 6 storeys of stairs multiple times and perspiring buckets everyday. wat a great form of exercise! i'll say hello to a firm butt n muscular calves soon haha.
2 weeks of sch have passed. so far, lectures at fine. but of coz they get boring n i'll yawn non-stop. ive got a honky-slanging tutor, a china lady tutor, an ah pek looking tutor and a normal singaporean sounding tutor. how interesting. and the china tutor's name is also kelly. nono, its keL-Ly. haha.
i dread my monday tutorial so much. actually, dread is not the right word coz the lesson is kinda interesting. the only prob is that juz about everyone talks during the lesson and i dont. yesss, im
that quiet. and coz they all say such intelligent stuff, i feel kinda intimidated too. so, keeping quiet seems like the more reasonable thing to do. but i know i cant keep quiet forever. ok, juz wait till i get smarter :)
anyway, my new friends all seem nice. but i dont really hang out with them coz they all got their own friends. and mine are juz limited. pathetic la. i mean im pathetic. ha. ok, so maybe juz maybe we'll all get closer through project work.
im hoping.
for those who think im the 'wild' and very 'on' kind, you're so wrong. haha. so so wrong. although i can be liddat at times, usually im not. it depends on my mood.

They left today amidst teary girls. No i wasnt one of them. I was laughing at them comforting one another. Dearies, you cant take Kyle home!
Concert was great. Thank God i didnt throw up before the whole show started. Thank God that both staff, personels and CTI enjoyed themselves. And thank God many heard the gospel and all went well. I was told i wasnt disappointing. Wah thanks ah.
Maybe someday we'll meet again.

ok, heres a short summary of yest and today:
yest: cleaning of the bloody dirty hostel room with my helpers (my parents. haha), shopping at ikea for stuff for our new room, dinner and fireworks!
today: tour of tampines mall and century sq, LJS, photoshoot at tp for my friend, dinner and a looong ride home on 3 buses.
haha.
tmr: tanning with stef in the morn, lectures for 4 hrs in sch, dinner, fireworks! and movie
wee..im definitely looking forward to tmr. but of course not the lectures part.

Happy! Sha la la
Happy things that happened this week:
1) Shopping with mom to get Hall stuff
2) My friends gave me 120 bucks to buy an iPod Nano! I am blessed with generous friends
3) Had super super good food under lovely ambience at Roy's aunt's place with CTI
4) Went for YFC's Camp Afterglow, got encouraged by fellow personels and students
5) CTI wrote me a personal birthday card with a message from each one of them. Michelle made it! It was so beautiful
6) Ivy got me a purse from Accessorize after she shooed me out of the place saying it's too expensive knowing I was about to buy it for myself!!
7) Went shopping with the CTI people, mainly with the girls at Bugis. So much fun watching them go on a quick almost manic shopping spree. Girls will be girls
8) Went to Ivy's place and we watched the parade on tv, the fly-past of fighter jets and fireworks from her window! CTI got to see the patriotic side of us as we stood for the anthem and pledge
9) Got to see darling Meredith
10) Ok la, Ive got the companionship of YFC; NY ppl; and Kel at NTU. It isnt that bad.
Did something funny, tried googling Carpenter's Tools and the individual names. Imagine the kind of sites that popped up. Mostly blogs by girls (from the school tours) who are crazy about Kyle. Man..they are ready to eat him alive. Some abt Paul being a teddy bear and the rest of the team rocking their schools and churches upside down. Oh here i am blogging about them too!

Ok crazy boys and girls! Tickets For their Garage gigs are still selling at 8 for the 11th, 12th, and 18th and August. 11th's almost sold out and 12th's 3/4 sold out i think. Garage is where you get to be upclose and personal with them. Just 8 dollars for good food, good music and good ang moh company.
Sign ups for 19th's Concert is going like piping hot cakes! The concert package is very cool, there will be free Anderson Icecream vouchers and this silver dogtag from 77th Street which I kinda like myself. Only 5 dollars for you dudes and dudettes. Plus Free Admission!

Carpenter's Tools.I was just thinking again about the literal meaning of it, how we are the Carpenter's tools. Tools and people alike with different purposes and defined abilities. A nail holds wood together, a saw cuts things apart and a chisel chisels. All tools are needed to get a piece of furniture together, doing what it does best. A nail can't chisel very well nor a saw hold wooden planks together. So one has just got to find something he's good and stick to it to get the furniture all done up according to the Carpenter's design. If he chisels, let him do it well!

in the morning:
emily and i went to see our hostel room.
the floor was like eeeww...
the furniture were like eeeww...
the smell of the room was like eeeww...
the mattresses were like eeeww...
but i still think i can live at least 2 months there. haha.
in the afternoon:
we met stef and kok in town, bummed around and i got abandoned by them at 4pm.
so i headed to the national library to waste 2hrs.
i actually completed my first book in weeks.
in the evening:
met my jc gfs for a gathering at pizza hut.
the new cheezy crust pizza was yummayyyy.
and since blogger/my stupid internet/whatever assholic IT thingy wont lemme post my pics, i shall try again tmr.
