hello. I'm 21.
i turned 21 yesterday. how time flies. and now everyone is welcoming me to the adult club. as interesting as that may sound, i hope to remain young at heart :)
my bday celebration was a fairly extensive one. it started one week ago. because my mum was due to go overseas on 21st Jan so we celebrated my bday at home on 20th Jan. mama didnt bake a cake but she cooked. yummy..
on 26th Jan, i was supposed to have a private bday celebration with sam. but it turned into a surprise party.
my surprise party was at Essential Brew. i wanna thank everyone who came and contributed to paying for my dinner. it was fun to just gather with friends.

my knife got stuck in the cake. haha
on 27th Jan, i had work from 9am-4.30pm. aft that, emily, stef, peng, gladys, vincent and i went to the Pump Room at Clarke Quay to have dinner. i paid this time. they deserved it. the food was great. yummy food and sweet desserts. i laughed at our secondary school jokes till my sides hurt and my jaw became stiff.
finally, 29th Jan. sadly, i did not have a day off from school. i had to be there at 9am for project meeting :( anyway, aft my school ended, dad came to fetch me. daddy, sam and i went for my bday dinner at Geylang Lorong 29! Lorong 29 on the 29th. the hokkien mee there is my favourite! i love it! what a delicious bday dinner i had. hehe.
now it's time to show off my presents. haha.
i got a beautiful collage made by stef and emily.
i got nice pink towel from gladys (which i have already started using)
exotic necklace which peng bought from thailand
a blue hippo that allows recording of voice frm vinny
perlini's silver bracelet from melvyn and carmen
chomel necklace from sam's parents
face shop lipgloss from my sister
ugly betty season 1 and pretty pretty underwear from sam. hehe
did i forget any other presents? oops i hope i didnt
i had a great 21st bday and i thank everyone for being there, including the ppl who wished me on msn and sms. what can one do without friends?
